Saturday, May 15th
Bring a movie, bring a friend for The Vine movie night! We'll meet at 7 PM in Sean's apartment in the Hamil Mill lofts downtown (on Locke Street) - #320 in Building #1. Bring your favorite snack and/or beverage to share, as well as a favorite movie so we'll have a selection of films to choose from. Carpooling is encouraged, as parking downtown on a Saturday night can be difficult! Additionally, Sean's apartment is host to a cat, so if you are allergic, please be aware. Please RSVP to Melissa if you are planning on coming and how many people you are inviting so we can know how many to prepare for. Hope to see you there!
Saturday, May 22nd: Worship Gathering
Dinner 6 PM, Worship at 7 PM at 22 Fernwood Ave. in Haverhill. Bring a dish to share (just let us know so we can make sure we don't go heavy on one particular course!). More details forthcoming!
Note: if you are interested in hearing more about Fletcher Community Farm, a new kind of CSA in Haverhill, Polly will be coming to speak to any who are interested at 5:30 - right before dinner!
Saturday, May 29th: A Day at the Farm!
Time to get your hands dirty for a day at the Farm! We'll be helping out at Fletcher Community Farm at 9 AM. Their farm is at 595 East Broadway in Haverhill. Come ready to plant, water, and help this local farm fulfill their mission of getting locally grown produce into the hands (and bellies!) of Greater Haverhill residents. If you want to learn more about the farm, come by 22 Fernwood Ave before dinner on May 22nd (around 5:30) to hear one of the farmers speak about their vision.
