Intentional Community

The call to community comes in many different forms. For some, following Jesus in community means to share life in a different way - to live together in intentional Christian community, sharing resources with one another, sharing a common prayer life, and sharing a common mission in the city.

We take our cue from Acts 2, where the early followers of Jesus lived together, sold their possessions, and gave to those who had need. We also believe that living together in Christian community can be a witness to the world of more sustainable and ethical ways of living, as we seek to live in a way that honors creation and minimizes oppression to the worlds peoples.
